Helping Organizations See Themselves Clearly
Who I Am
An operations and finance leader who helps organizations bring clarity to complexity — without losing sight of the people navigating the change.
Where Systems Thinking Meets People-First Leadership
My work sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and people — a combination that's less common than it sounds. I bring the discipline of systems and process to every engagement, paired with a genuine understanding of how people experience change. The result isn't just a plan. It's a path forward your organization can actually sustain.
Professional Expertise
Years spent in accounting, manufacturing, and operations environments — including finance operations and ERP transformation work — mean I understand how organizations actually function, not just how they're supposed to on paper.
Proven Strategies
A grounded, repeatable way of working — Listen, Connect, Clarify, Sustain — built on partnering with leadership's vision while staying close to the people executing it every day.
Personalized Support
As a certified professional coach, I bring that lens into every engagement. Strong processes and strong teams reinforce each other, and I build for both — not one at the expense of the other.
I believe the best solutions don't come from the conference room alone.

My mission
I help leaders and their teams find clarity together — because the best solutions aren't built in the conference room alone.
My Professional Bio
I've spent my career at the intersection of numbers and people. Early on, I worked in finance and later operations, where I learned how organizations actually function — what drives performance, where inefficiency hides, and how decisions made in a boardroom ripple out across an entire company.
But the more I worked inside organizations, the more I noticed something the spreadsheets couldn’t capture: operational performance isn’t shaped by processes and systems alone. It is also influenced by how people communicate, make decisions, and work together.
That realization led me to study executive coaching and emotional intelligence — not to replace my operational background, but to complete it. Today, I bring both lenses to every engagement: the discipline of systems thinking, and a genuine curiosity about how people experience their work.
I believe the best solutions don't come from the conference room alone. They come from connecting the vision leadership holds with the reality people live every day. When those two perspectives meet, organizations don't just get a plan — they get a path forward that people actually believe in.
